Partner Sam Snider focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and private placements, including corporate minority investments and corporate JVs. He has closed more than 75 M&A and capital transactions with aggregate value in excess of $12 billion.

Before returning to private practice in 2017, Sam was chief legal and compliance officer, responsible for both the legal and cybersecurity functions, at a leading health information technology company. Prior to this position, he was vice president and lead acquisition counsel for a FTSE 100 information and analytics corporation, where he led the global M&A legal function.
