Sam Jenner

Sam Jenner is a Partner and Head of the Trusts, Wills and Estates team at Raworths alongside Alison Walker. Sam deals with all aspects of private client work including wills, tax and succession planning, trust advice and administration of estates. He has considerable knowledge and practical experience in advising the trustees of family trusts and charitable trusts and, as an example, deals with the administration, processes and policies of a multi-million pound grant making charity.

Sam is sought after to provide strategic advice in relation to structures to pass on wealth and businesses in tax efficient and family-appropriate ways, including the use of family investment companies, trusts and LLPs to manage complex assets. Sam also has experience in dealing with Court of Protection matters including Lasting and Enduring Powers of Attorney and deputyship applications.

Sam is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
