Dr. Saleh Zahaf graduated with a Law Degree from the Rabat University, Morocco in 1978. He then obtained a Diploma of Public International Law in 1983 from the University Of Paris, France (Sorbonne). Subsequent to this he pursued a M.Sc. in Economic International Law also from University of Paris (Sorbonne) in 1984. In 1987, Dr. Saleh acquired a PhD from the University of Paris sealing his repute as a leading lawyer.
