Sacha Sokhi

Sacha provides pragmatic solutions for her clients on a range of contentious and non-contentious workplace issues and advises on all aspects of Employment and Professional Discipline law. Sacha is focussed on achieving the best outcome for her clients through strategic and practical advice.

Sacha is regularly instructed by senior executives to negotiate high value exit agreements, and to advise on the enforceability of restrictive covenants and other contractual disputes. Sacha represents individuals bringing claims in the Employment Tribunal for unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing detriments. Sacha also assists her clients with breach of contract claims in the civil courts.

Sacha is experienced in advising regulated individuals from a range of sectors on professional discipline issues, including supporting clients through disciplinary and regulatory proceedings.

Sacha is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA) and the Association of Regulatory and Disciplinary Lawyers (ARDL).
