Russell Brinkhurst joined the Corporate and Commercial team of CooperBurnett LLP as a Partner in April 2023, having worked at another local firm across the table from the team at CooperBurnett on transactions for a number of years.
Russell advises on a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial law matters, from corporate finance to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and investment and shareholders’ agreements. Russell also advises on all aspects of commercial law and has worked with numerous start-ups, both from the UK and abroad. He enjoys working closely with business owners and becoming part of their team and their ‘trusted adviser’.
