• Advising on the establishment of a first-of-its-kind ‘umbrella’ fund in the Sultanate of Oman.

• Advising a client on registration of a corporate entity in the Sultanate of Oman and its licensing as investment manager with the Financial Services Authority.

• Advising on the establishment of a real estate investment trust for a licensed bank in the Sultanate of Oman.

• Advising on the structuring and establishment of a real estate development fund which would operate outside the framework applicable to real estate investment trusts.

• Advising an international investment manager on the establishment and regulatory registration of three separate investment funds with the Financial Services Authority (FSA), including structuring, licensing, and compliance considerations throughout the fund formation process.

• Assisting and advising Sohar International Bank SAOG on launching of a money market fund in Oman including drafting, amending and finalising (in English and Arabic) the offering documents (e.g., prospectus, articles of association and letters to be submitted to the relevant authorities and all other required documents).

• Assisting and advising Jabal Asset Management LLC on launching of five (5) mutual/ investment funds in Oman with different investment mandates. The workstreams included structuring each fund and leading discussions with the Financial Services Authority for its approval and then drafting and finalising (English and Arabic) the offering documents (including, the prospectus, articles of association, service provider agreements) required for registration of the fund(s).

• Advising a client on the establishment of a closed joint stock company in Oman to undertake solar power generation activities, including advising on the company's incorporation and corporate governance framework.

• Advising a client on the corporate restructuring and conversion of a limited liability company into a closed joint stock company in Oman
