Rubby Aristizabal is a founding partner of Aristizabal y Jiménez abogados. Her practice mainly focuses on the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. With over 35 years of experience, Rubby has expertly guided clients through complex regulatory processes, specializing in client representation before the National Institute of Food and Drug Surveillance(INVIMA).
Throughout her career, Rubby has successfully obtained marketing authorizations for a wider range of products, ensuring compliance with labeling requirements, and managing authorization amendments. She is well-regarded for her expertise in advertising approvals, import authorizations for rare disease treatments, supporting Good Manufacturing Practice(GMP)certifications, and handling appeals before Public Health authorities. Beyond her practice, Rubby has served as a Professor of sanitary legislation in the Graduate Medical Law Program at Universidad del Rosario and is also a lecturer in the Marketing and Sales program for the Pharmaceutical Industry at CESA (Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración).
