Roy C. Durling is a member of ARIFA’s Executive Committee and heads the business and corporate law team, where he advises international clients on their investments in Panama.

A versatile lawyer with skills in a wide range of corporate and commercial law areas, Mr. Durling also counsels local and international clients in the fields of ship finance; mining, oil and gas; banking and finance; capital markets; corporations; international business transactions; and aviation.

Mr. Durling has a JD from Cornell University and a BA from Georgetown University. Admitted to practice in Panama and New York.

Career

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Durling worked in New York from 1986 to 1990 with Haight, Gardner, Poor & Havens (today, Holland & Knight LLP) in the area of asset-based financing.
