Roxanne de Jesus is a founding partner in the dispute resolution team of Pitkowitz & Partners.
Roxanne mainly advises clients in complex cross-border litigation and arbitration proceedings. She is experienced in joint venture disputes involving multijurisdictional legal aspects, and has a considerable track record in advising private clients as well as clients operating in the construction sector. Her broad experience further includes numerous successes with the Austrian Supreme Court in securing the recognition and enforcement of foreign court decisions, as well as foreign arbitral awards. Roxanne’s clients also appreciate her know-how in white-collar crime.
Roxanne is a member of the Young Austrian Arbitration Practitioners (YAAP), of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) as well as of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
Roxanne is the author of numerous expert publications and also lectures on topics of (construction) arbitration and (international) commercial law.
