Ross Howard is a Partner in Clifford Chance's Global Financial Markets Team and a member of the firm's Worldwide Projects Group and our Energy and Natural Resources, Transportation and Infrastructure Sector Groups.

Ross specialises in advising sponsors and lenders in connection with the development and financing of complex and large-scale projects in the renewable energy, power, oil and gas, natural resources and infrastructure sectors. He has extensive experience advising on the structuring, negotiation and financing of large-scale international projects across Asia Pacific, Africa and Europe.

He is ranked Band 2 in Projects & Infrastructure: International (Singapore) and named as a Foreign expert for Projects, Infrastructure & Energy in Vietnam by Chambers Asia Pacific 2025. He is also considered a 'Leading Partner' for Projects (Foreign Firms) by Legal 500.

Ross is currently based in Singapore and has worked in several Clifford Chance offices, including Paris and Tokyo.
