Practice Areas

Since 1987 Rosemary has specialised in privacy and data protection law. Her practice spans the field of information law including interception, access to information and data privacy. She works for private and public sector clients. She has worked on numerous international projects for bodies such as the European Commission and the Council of Europe and on drafting privacy laws for other jurisdictions. She is currently a senior consultant attorney at Hunton Andrews Kurth where she advises on high-level privacy, data protection and confidentiality issues. Her practice covers all areas of information law.


Qualified as a lawyer 1981. 2011-14 Hunton & Williams. 1999-2011 PinsentMasons LLP. 1987-1999 Office of the Data Protection Registrar. 1981-87 solicitor in local government.
