Rosa Schofield

Rosa is a Leading Associate at iFLG.

Rosa’s practice covers all key areas of family law, including divorce, financial separation, cross border and domestic issues concerning children. Rosa is regularly instructed in high conflict children matters for international families and cases involving complex allegations of domestic abuse. Rosa also specalises in child abduction, adoption & surrogacy.

Rosa seeks to resolve disputes in a constructive manner, focusing on out-of-court resolution wherever possible. She is a regular contributor to The Family Law Journal, with her publications covering a range of topical family law issues, such as the role of covert recordings in private law proceedings, and the impact of mental health on financial separation.

Rosa has recently been appointed to the Publications Committee of Resolution.

Volunteer Legal Advisor at Rights of Women, where she provides pro-bono family law advice to women who have experienced domestic abuse.

Rosa is Co-Chair of Resolution’s Publications Committee, & has co-authored two chapters of Resolution’s Spousal Maintenance Handbook.
