I act for a range of developers, funders, housebuilders, landlords, tenants, institutional investors, consultants, contractors and sub-contractors, and although I am more than comfortable handling matters within any sector I have a particular specialism in the healthcare, residential (including PRS and Student Accommodation), industrial and leisure sectors.

As a construction specialist, I am used to working alongside lawyers from other firms to deliver the necessary documentation for a transaction. I also have great relationships with many other industry consultants and am therefore able to slot into professional teams to advise on projects from conception through to delivery, a role which I really enjoy.
