Throughout her career at prominent ranked law firms, she has built an extensive track record representing public and private companies, financial institutions, international entities, and major retail and tourism conglomerates, with substantial experience handling high-profile class action litigation.

Her current practice is focused on complex commercial and civil litigation, alongside providing strategic counsel prior to the initiation of legal proceedings (pre-litigation strategy). Ronit is adept at advising and representing clients in multifaceted business disputes, shareholder and partnership conflicts, and complex corporate matters, delivering steady leadership in business-critical situations.

Her interdisciplinary background, holding dual degrees in Law (LL.B.) and Economics (B.A.) from the University of Haifa, provides her with sharp commercial awareness and the ability to seamlessly integrate financial complexities into compelling legal arguments—a vital capability in sophisticated proceedings before the Economic Division of the Court.
