Roland de Vlam, attorney at law, is one of the founders of Wintervlam Advocaten.
Started his career in 1999 at Loeff Claeys Verbeke as a tax lawyer. Joined Allen & Overy in 2000 where he left in 2005 to work as a lobbyist for the energy sector. In 2007 he joined Loyens & Loeff where he developed and expanded the energy practice. In 2026 he co-founded Wintervlam.
He represents his clients in administrative and civil litigation, in proceedings before the Dutch energy regulator, ACM, and in legislative processes. He furthermore advises market parties on regulatory aspects of energy related transactions and projects.
