Career

Rodrigo has 26 years of experience.

From 1998 to 2023, he was the lead partner at the São Paulo office of a high-profile dispute resolution firm. Additionally, Rodrigo was a foreign associate in the international arbitration department of White & Case LLP, from 2007 to 2008.

He holds an LL.B. from Universidade Candido Mendes (1999), an LL.M. in Arbitration, Negotiation and Contracts from Columbia Law School (2007), and an LL.M. in Civil Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) (2020).

Professional Memberships

Member of the Parker School of Foreign and Comparative Law at Columbia University in New York, NY, and affiliated with the American Society of International Law. He also serves on the steering committee of CBAr (Brazilian Committee of Arbitration).
