Rodrigo is a lawyer who leads multidisciplinary teams in M&A processes, working in the preparation and negotiation of share purchase and sale agreements, shareholder agreements, investment agreements, guarantee contracts, stock option plans, implementation of corporate governance policies, among other documents.
