Fabiana advises national and international clients on issues involving Venture Capital, Startups, and M&A.

She participates in projects at all stages of a company’s development, in addition to investment funds, family offices, and corporate ventures.

One of the precursors to support entrepreneurship and impact entrepreneurship in the Brazilian ecosystem. She helped to structure Endeavor Brasil ®️ in 2000 and since then has mentored a number of scale-ups and startups in their various stages of development.

She is also a trusted advisor for a range of clients, individuals and companies, in the most diverse segments of the economy, agribusiness, consumer products, retail, infrastructure, telecommunications, advertising, entertainment, and above all technology. Widely recognized by the main national and international directories for her performance, such as Chambers, Latin Lawyer, TTR, Who’s Who, The Legal 500.

Besides that, nominated as Thought Leader (among the top 3% leaders in Latin America by LACCA – Latin American Corporate Counsel) and 5 times shortlisted by the ILO – International Law Firm for the Client Choice Awards.

Actively participated in the Study Group to discuss the Legal Framework for Startups currently in progress at the National Congress.

Fabiana advised on some of the most emblematic M&A operations in the Brazilian ecosystem, such as the sale of GRV Solutions to Cetip in 2010, the first true unicorn in Brazil, the sale of Zup! For Itaú, the negotiation of the RD Station for Totvs, known as the largest M&A transaction of a SaaS company in Latin America, among others.

She has also been taking an active role in robust fundraising VC rounds both in early and late-stage startups, representing companies or investment funds.
