Career
Rodrigo Mendia de Castro founded FCLaw in 2003 and is leading the firm since then. As the head of the business and financing departments, he participated in most of the largest commercial and finance projects and transactions over the past years. Runs one of the litigation department in Macau with most pending cases in court and has been representing the Public Works Department on several litigations. He acted as legal adviser in the first listing and initial public offering of a Macau construction entity on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and, since then, has been acting in many subsequent listings and initial public offerings of Macau entities. He acted in arbitrations in Hong Kong as an expert witness on Macau law.
