Roberto specializes in tax advisory for financing operations with local and international banks, as well as through the stock exchange. He regularly advises banks, insurance companies, pension fund administrators, and investment vehicles, including mutual and investment funds, trusts, and securitization structures. He has also participated in major infrastructure and public service concession projects, and counsels clients on corporate reorganizations and company transfers.

Roberto has extensive experience in tax audits and litigation before the Tax Administration, as well as in the tax structuring of high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
