Roberto Arochi is the founder and managing partner of Arochi & Lindner in Mexico and in the Spain (Madrid and Barcelona) office. With over 44 years of experience, he is widely recognized as one of Mexico’s top IP and Advertisement lawyers. He has a Law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana and a JD in Law from Universidad Panamericana, Mexico. He is currently drafting his dissertation entitled Trademark Law Treaty.
