Robert, an esteemed legal professional, boasts a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Zambia and a Diploma in Trial Advocacy Skills from The National Institute of Trial Advocacy in California, USA. As a founding member of Simeza, Sangwa & Associates and former Board Chairperson of the Legal Resources Foundation, Robert has been a driving force in providing quality legal services on both a for profit and pro bono basis. Currently serving as a lecturer at the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education (ZIALE), he continues to shape the future of the legal profession by imparting his expertise on the aspiring legal minds.

Beyond the legal realm, Robert extends his leadership to the healthcare sector as the Board Chairperson of the Zambia Medicines Regulatory Authority (ZAMRA).
