Apleona, a leading provider of integrated facility management services based in Neu-Isenburg near Frankfurt am Main, has acquired Siemens Gebäudemanagement & -Services GmbH (SGS). The subsidiary of Siemens Austria, headquartered in Vienna, is a full-service provider in facility management. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
Prchal Anwaltsbüro advised Apleona on employment law aspects of the transaction. Further, Hengeler Mueller (Partner Dr. Emanuel Strehle and Associate Dr. Nicholas Kubesch) and Austrian law firm Binder Grösswang (Partners Dr. Philipp Kapl and Dr. Thomas Schirmer) also advised Apleona on the transaction.
