Robert W. Lashway, CPA, CFF, ABV, CCFI, is a Partner at Floyd Advisory. Mr. Lashway has significant experience advising executive management, company boards and their counsel on a broad range of accounting, financial reporting, business damages and business valuation matters. He has worked in dispute advisory roles, performed fraud and financial investigations for clients across numerous industries, and provided testimony as an expert witness in state court, federal court and alternative dispute resolution settings. Examples of his dispute advisory experience include post-M&A disputes, including working capital and earn-out disputes, commercial disputes, damages analyses and matters involving the valuation of privately held businesses. His fraud and financial investigations experience includes SEC and DOJ investigations of public registrants, internal investigations, white-collar defense, financial reporting matters and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining Floyd Advisory, Mr. Lashway was a Director with Alvarez & Marsal in its Dispute Analysis and Forensics group and in the Financial & Economic Consulting practice of Huron Consulting Group. He began his career in the audit and assurance practice of Arthur Andersen.
