Rob Jardine-Brown is a partner at Wikborg Rein's London Office and is part of the firm's shipping offshore practice. He is a lawyer with a broad range of marine and offshore experience specialising in dispute resolution, mediation, commercial litigation and arbitration. Within shipping his experience covers all aspects of the construction of ships including the drafting and negotiation of construction, conversion and refit contracts, contract management and the resolution of disputes together with issues arising out of their employment, operation and disposal. In the offshore field Jardine-Brown acts for both operators and contractors in relation to a variety of commercial and operational issues with particular emphasis on disputes relating to the construction and operation of offshore units including FPSOs, drilling rigs, accommodation units and offshore production and supply vessels. Jardine-Brown has extensive experience of resolving disputes through mediation and in international arbitration with experience of both institutional (LCIA, LMAA, ICC and SIAC) and ad hoc arbitrations.
