Robert also advises extensively on government procurement, with a focus on trade treaty compliance.

He appears before the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, the Federal Court, and the Federal Court of Appeal representing his clients on a variety of matters ranging from trade remedies to sanctions to government procurement.
