Robert Eisenberg

Robert Eisenberg is a commercial leasing lawyer at WeirFoulds who excels at identifying potential landmines and devising clear, creative, and proactive solutions. Robert acts for landlords and tenants across Canada in all commercial asset classes (retail, industrial, office, and infrastructure). He also has specialized experience in dealing with complicated leasing structures including mixed-use developments, ground leasing, energy projects, airport hangars, build-to-suits, and aggregate extraction. Robert is recognized in the Canadian commercial leasing bar as a leader.

He currently serves on the ICSC Canadian Legal Conference’s Executive Planning Committee (and served as Chair for the 2025 conference) and on the Ontario Bar Association’s Real Property Law Section Executive. Robert is also a frequent speaker, having been repeatedly invited to speak at the Law Society of Ontario’s Eight-Minute Commercial Leasing Lawyer series, The Buildings Show, and PM Springfest.
