Data protection: UK GDPR, DPIAs, controller/processor analysis, international transfers, privacy frameworks, data protection for AI-enabled products, ICO engagement. AI regulatory issues are handled as applied data protection.

Payments regulation: PSRs 2017, FCA/PSR framework, open banking, commercial variable recurring payments, scheme governance and DORA. Grounded in the General Counsel appointment at UK Payments Initiative Limited.
