Career

Robert is an all-round ICT & Privacy lawyer and heads the Tech & Data team. He has extensive experience in the entire range of ICT practice and special experience with sourcing projects, including outsourcing (of IT or business processes), cloud computing, off-shoring (of software development, for example) and wholesale communication services. Robert is involved in tender documentation, tender processes and tender strategy and provides support by conducting negotiations and drawing up the contracts.

Robert has extensive experience on both the customer side and the provider side. The experience with sourcing includes the tendering of complex IT projects that fall within the scope of the Procurement Act.

In addition to his work as a lawyer and partner at VBK, Robert is an arbitrator at the Stichting Geschillenoplossing Automatisering (SGOA).
