Robert B. Garner

Rob Garner is a Partner in the Projects and Construction practice in the firm's Houston office. Rob, who is also a licensed Professional Engineer, practices law in the area of construction and procurement. Rob’s practice focuses on the representation of owners and developers in their global construction projects, including power plants, energy storage projects, petrochemical facilities, renewable diesel facilities, gas to liquids facilities, liquefied natural gas (LNG) liquefaction facilities, paper mills, manufacturing facilities, high-rise developments, and university facilities.

Mr. Garner has experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of construction related agreements, including engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) agreements, construction agreements, construction management agreements, long term services agreements, operations and maintenance agreements, engineering agreements, supply agreements and licensing agreements.
