Drawing on his experience in private practice and well over a decade of government service as a federal prosecutor and as an Assistant Counsel to former New Jersey Governor Thomas H. He has successfully persuaded prosecutors to take no action and close investigations of prominent executives, public officials, Fortune 500 companies, and other institutions subject to federal and state criminal investigations, as well as those defending against claims involving the federal False Claim Act (FCA), the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), federal and state securities laws, civil RICO, healthcare fraud and money laundering. Robert has experience in creating effective corporate compliance programs for companies operating both internationally and domestically.
