Robert regularly represents individuals and corporations in federal criminal investigations throughout the country and has extensive experience conducting internal corporate investigations for entities ranging from middle market businesses to Fortune 100 companies. He has successfully persuaded prosecutors to take no action and close investigations of prominent executives, public officials, Fortune 500 companies, and other institutions subject to federal and state criminal investigations, as well as those defending against claims involving the federal False Claim Act (FCA), the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), federal and state securities laws, civil RICO, healthcare fraud and money laundering. Robert has experience in creating effective corporate compliance programs for companies operating both internationally and domestically.
