Richard has a particular specialism in Competition Appeal Tribunal disputes, where he has advised on several landmark multi-billion-pound claims against some of the world's largest technology companies. He also provides PR and communications advice across commercial litigation, civil fraud and asset recovery, arbitration and enforcement matters, alongside media and libel work, and is a trusted crisis adviser in sectors where safeguarding vulnerable people is paramount.
