Mr. Cobb practices in the areas of corporate restructuring and bankruptcy. He has substantial experience representing asset purchasers, significant and sole suppliers to financially distressed businesses in and out of bankruptcy, lenders and other secured and unsecured creditors. His practice also includes representing unsecured creditors’ committees and debtors, and defending and prosecuting bankruptcy-related litigation such as lender liability and avoidance claims.
