Richard is considered as one of Israel's premier IP litigators. His practice encompasses all fields of Intellectual Property (patents, trademarks, copyrights, passing-off, designs, etc.,) and over the past 30 years he has been lead counsel in most of the major patent cases litigated in Israel.
