He has dealt with a range of technology and data related claims, ranging from claims arising out of data breach incidents, software implementation disputes through to data subject litigation. He also advises regularly on coverage issues under cyber and technology-related insurance.
Richard heads RPC's leading specialist data breach response team. The RPC team has handled many hundred personal data breaches, often working with cyber insurers, making it one of the most experienced data breach response teams around. The team have acted across a range of business sectors, with instructions from a range of sources, including being on panel for a number of leading cyber insurers.
