His practice is focused on Intellectual Property, New Technologies, Corporate Law, Unfair Competition and Consumer Protection, advising clients in their trademark portfolio, strategic management of IP assets and compliance with regard to IT and e-commerce matters.

Career

He holds a law degree and a specialty in notary law from the Universidad Escuela Libre de Derecho and a LL.M in IP & IT from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Spain.

Active member of the Costa Rican Bar Association, the sub-commission of IP matters in AmCham, member of AMPI-UAM University of Madrid, INTA Young Practitioners Sub-Committee (2018-2020) and Costa Rican Association for Intellectual Property Practitioners.
