Renata Pinter

Renata is a criminal defence solicitor at Dalton Holmes Gray Solicitors in London, with 20 years of experience in complex and serious extradition and criminal matters.

She is widely recognised for her expertise in extradition law, representing clients from the initial stages through to appeals in the High Court and Supreme Court. She is regularly instructed in defending extradition from broad range of jurisdictions, such as the USA, India, Canada, Turkey, Argentina, Brazil, Kenya, Falkland Island, Moldova, Kuwait and all EU countries.

Renata is well known for defending individuals whose extradition is sought for the serious criminal offences, including murder, drug trafficking and complex fraud cases. She is experienced at dealing with complex technical arguments and human rights issues involving torture. Her critical thinking and thorough case preparation consistently leads to exceptional legal advice and excellent client service.
