Reiko Yoshida is admitted in Japan and is the first Japanese lawyer admitted in the Republic of the Marshall Islands. She advises on shipping and finance, leading complex multi-jurisdictional vessel financings as both lead and local counsel. Her experience includes first-of-their-kind cross-border structures, such as ship investment fund platforms and other asset-backed and fund-based arrangements. She coordinates corporate, LLC and limited partnership law issues across jurisdictions and oversees vessel and entity registrations to achieve bankable closings.
