Rebecca Marina

Rebecca Marina is a counsel in the Banking & Financial Services department at Filip & Company. She has an experience of nine years on the market and has been primarily involved in numerous multijurisdictional financing transactions, including with respect to acquisition of companies and development of real estate projects. Rebecca is involved in a broad range of projects and industries, including on the banking regulatory and new technology sectors and has participated in the most significant and complex acquisitions carried out on the Romanian financial sector in the last five years.
