Rebecca is a dual-certified lawyer with a practice that focuses primarily on general commercial, real estate (including landlord-tenant disputes), and gaming matters.

Her practice focuses on providing comprehensive support for clients, managing tasks such as company formations and dissolutions, due diligence processes, real estate transactions, and mortgage dealings. Rebecca’s mediation accreditation (Australia, 2019) drives her solution-focused approach and negotiation skills, assisting clients in resolving commercial disputes ranging from real estate and development matters to shareholder disagreements.

With extensive expertise in online gaming matters, she navigates registration and licensing and ensures compliance across various jurisdictions. She also prepares legal opinions for online gambling regulatory and compliance matters.

Prior to joining Segev LLP as a lawyer in 2022, Rebecca completed her articles with the firm. Rebecca received her J.D. from Bond University in 2019 and also has a B.A. in Industrial Relations from McGill University and a Masters in Hospitality Revenue Management and Marketing from Cornell University. Rebecca was called to the New South Wales (Australia) Bar in May 2020 and British Columbia Bar in July 2022.
