Lawyer Wen Na has more than 20 years of legal experience. She worked at Konka Group Co., Ltd. from 2004 to 2015, serving as the head of legal affairs for a long term, and obtained the Intermediate Professional . Since joining V&T Law Firm in 2015, she has focused on asset securitization, structured finance, real estate investment and financing, and bond-related legal services.

She has advised on more than 300 asset securitization projects with approved shelf quotas exceeding RMB 300 billion and issuance exceeding RMB 200 billion, covering REITs, CMBS/CMBN, supply chain finance, receivables, rental income, parking rights and other innovative products listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, Shenzhen Stock Exchange, NAFMII and CNAES. She has acted as lead counsel for numerous landmark and first-of-their-kind transactions, including the first 10-year CMBS, the first carbon-neutral CMBS, the largest carbon-neutral CMBS, the first NAFMII N+N+N supply chain ABN, the first Pioneer Demonstration Zone CMBS, and the first property right trust securitization product in the market.
