Career
Mr. Marshall is a partner at Baraona Marshall. He concentrates his practice in corporate, finance and tax matters, leading the Banking and Finance team of the Firm. Mr. Marshall has advised a large number of companies in various markets and in all types of financing-related transactions involving private equity, capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, syndicated bank financings, reorganizations, project financings and other corporate restructuring transactions. He has extensive experience in infrastructure financing transactions involving public and private works, including hospital infrastructure, roads and highways, and energy projects. Mr. Marshall has been consistently recognized by various rankings and specialized publications. Mr. Marshall is a graduate of the School of Law of Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile where he received his LL.B in 1996 and he was admitted in 1999. Mr. Marshall holds a Diploma in Taxation from the Universidad de Chile (2000) and a Master’s Degree in Tax Management and Planning from the Universidad Adolfo Ibañez (2005).
