Hunziker + Co and Clayton, Dubilier & Rice in connection with the USD 7 billion take-private acquisition of Focus Financial Partners). Raphael has consistently demonstrated extensive experience in both international and domestic M&A transactions across various industries. This breadth of experience proves a deep understanding of the complexities in M&A deals.
