Rahul Dhote

Rahul Dhote is a Partner, Intellectual Property (Practice Head) at ANM Global. He specialises in various aspects of IP law and has over 14 years of experience in contentious and non-contentious matters pertaining to IP and allied practice areas (including advisory, transactions, prosecution, enforcement and litigation).

He is known to be an astute litigator, business enabler and negotiator and during his career span, he has represented several multinational companies, Indian Corporates and HNIs before civil and criminal courts. He has led several landmark litigations and IP deals in his field of expertise and has been recognized as one of the leading IP strategist in India.

Before merging his practice with ANM Global, Rahul had co-founded a full-service Intellectual Property law firm viz. ‘Literati Juris’ having offices at Mumbai, New Delhi and Ahmedabad which was recognized as an Emerging Law firm of the year, 2021. His other past experiences include working with Krishna and Saurastri Associates and Viacom 18 Media Pvt. Ltd.
