Rafael Lacerda

Founder Partner and CEO of Lacerda Diniz Machado, with nearly 30 years of experience in corporate and business law, with a strong track record in M&A transactions and corporate and tax restructurings.

He is recognized as one of the leading specialists in structuring wealth and succession planning for family-owned businesses, as well as in the development and implementation of corporate governance models.

He holds MBAs in Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas and Ohio University (USA), a postgraduate degree in Business Law from Universidade Gama Filho, and executive certifications from Fundação Dom Cabral in the Executive Development Program (PDD) and the Board Member Development Program (PDC).

He serves as Vice President of ALAGRO (Latin American Agribusiness Academy), Vice President and Director of Instituto Serra do Curral (ISC), and Director and Chairman of the Deliberative Board of Instituto Galo, a social initiative developed by Clube Atlético Mineiro. He is also a partner at Universidade do Futebol and an Ambassador for Crie o Impossível. Additionally, he serves as a Board Member of CAPE – Casa de Acolhida Padre Eustáquio and HUMUS.
