Experience

Together with her real estate team, she represents a number of multinational corporations and foreign investment funds in their investments in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, particularly in the areas of real estate and growth capital. Recently, she has been working primarily on the construction and subsequent sales or acquisitions of shopping centers worth billions of crowns (including their forward sales), the preparation of real estate investment structures, the negotiation of joint venture agreements among major players in the real estate market, the construction of logistics and residential complexes—including securing title insurance, project financing, and construction in accordance with FIDIC rules—as well as all aspects of leasing and other steps related to the completion of projects through sale. Her expertise also includes, among other things, investments in various industrial sectors, including the automotive and chemical industries.
