Rachel Tunnicliffe

Rachel Tunnicliffe is Senior Partner and Head of Private Client Services at Raworths. Rachel has been highly regarded as a private client expert for many years by clients and other professionals. She has excellent working relationships with accountants, investment brokers, financial advisers and other lawyers.

Rachel often works with business people seeking advice on how to re-structure their personal and family affairs in the face of a major change of circumstances such as a business sale or advises families on structures to pass on wealth and businesses in tax efficient and family appropriate ways. She also advises individuals following divorce or inheritance, and is frequently asked to assist younger members of wealthy families in developing their understanding of the assets and structures they are likely to inherit. Rachel has worked with a number of her clients for many years, including several generations of the same family.

Rachel often acts as a professional trustee for family and charitable trusts, which includes liaising with accountants, investment managers and employees as well as coordinating work across other specialist teams within Raworths.

Rachel is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
