I am a senior associate in the family team based in Birmingham. I specialise in helping clients resolve family law issues. I advise in cases involving complex finances and in matters relating to children often where there are complex welfare or international issues. I also help clients with wealth protection strategies and am instructed to prepare pre and post nuptial agreements.

I understand how difficult family breakdown is and the impact it has on both the individuals and the wider family. It also helps preserve the relationship between parents which is crucial for the family moving forward. I am an accredited family mediator and I am specially trained in hybrid mediation which is particularly effective in high conflict cases. This allows me to offer a choice of approach tailored to meet each family’s needs.

I have particular experience in dealing with cases involving neurodiverse parents and children, I am aware of the unique challenges these families face and am passionate about ensuring their needs properly considered.
