His clients have included Texas Instruments, CSW Industrials, Samson Resources, Taiwan Semiconductor, Tokyo Electron, Viasystems Group, Electrical Components International, Berg Electronics, Tire Rack, Hicks & Haas, Hicks Equity Partners, Turnbridge Capital, Dr Pepper/Seven-Up, Dr Pepper Bottling, Bridgestone, and Latrobe Specialty Metals. Mr. Cohen has practiced as a partner in the following law firms: Shearman & Sterling (A&O Shearman), Jones Day, Weil Gotshal and Johnson & Gibbs, spanning over 40 years.
