Pradeep Nayak, who has 15 years of experience in litigation, is based in Bengaluru, and represents clients in diverse civil and commercial litigations, including major international and domestic commercial arbitrations, contract and property claims, and IP disputes including prosecuting and defending various actions for passing off and infringement of trademarks, copyright and designs.
